这部短片是在2017年至2021年期间断断续续完成的，影片讲述了一段寻找与发现儿时记忆的故事。作者在回访旧地的过程中感受情感，搜集与身世有关的文献、物品和景观，以图像的方式来表达时空的模糊与纠缠，还有整个军人世家对他产生的影响。这里面包含历史、回忆、印象和思念，但这一切又是情感与记忆交汇的结果。2021年影片录制了新的旁白，来回应作者童年时听到关于祖辈是从中亚地区迁徙而来的只言片语。借用维语来对儿时记忆中那些虚实交叠且无法考证的故事给予完结。
Completed intermittently between 2017 and 2021, this short film tells the story of a search and discovery of childhood memories. The author feels emotions as he returns to old places, collects documents, objects and landscapes related to his life, and expresses in images the blurring and entanglement of time and space, as well as the impact that the whole military family had on him. In 2021, the author re-recorded the narration in Viennese, in response to the words he heard in his childhood about his ancestors' migration from Central Asia. With this vague and unprovable rumour I conclude my interpretation of myself and this body of work.
