「一部片影响了世界贸易政策，让全球塑胶垃圾一时无处可去」。金马奖最佳剪辑得主、最佳纪录片入围，横扫国际21个大奖，《塑料王国》是部震撼人心的作品，耗时五年拍摄製作，导演王久良聚焦中国山东的一个小型塑胶回收厂，呈现裡头两家人的故事。主角依姐是一个失学的11岁女孩，她和酗酒的父亲及家人住在这间回收厂裡，我们眼中的「垃圾场」就是她的游乐园，她几乎是通过这些废弃物来认识这个世界的，例如，英国儿童卡片教她认识英文单词；她用回收塑料的废水洗头、和玩伴们在污染的河床上捞死掉的小鱼，虽然讲的是一群孩子的故事，却是对全球塑胶问题的控诉。

The smiles that break across their grubby faces belie a bleak existence for the families that scrape by sorting plastic waste.
