快速动眼睡眠

我在潮白河旁的散步日记。影片由热感镜头拍摄而成，源于我对宠物与亲人死亡的回避。我在燕郊的冬夜中反复行走，试图在行走中寻找温度与异象，并模拟即将入睡瞬间眼球快速下坠的感受。散步成为一种记录方式，也是一种身体与感知的练习。

My rambling diary by the Chao Bai River, filmed with thermal imaging. Arising from an avoidance of confronting the deaths of pets and loved ones, the film follows repeated winter night walks in Yanjiao, searching for warmth and anomalies, while simulating the sensation of the eye’s rapid descent at the moment of falling asleep.
