一个落魄的男人称跟随自己的一伙人为行为团体，势在给这个死气沉沉的城市注一针强心剂，而注射方法是在原有的废墟之上开出一朵理想主义的负能量花朵。并以“生命力不够，死命力来凑”为宗旨开始寻找服务/传道对象。与此同时有一个姐姐把长期弟弟关在家中，弟弟却无意间获得了通向外界的突破口 。
